Information about the funding opportunity
Through the Global Development Alliance, USAID invites prospective partner organizations to form public-private alliances to carry out activities in support of USAID’s development objectives. Alliances are expected to bring new resources, ideas and technologies to address development problems in the countries where USAID operates.

Successful proposals should bring at least a 1:1 ratio of resource leveraging.

How to apply
Prospective alliances must seek USAID Field mission or Washington operating unit agreement before submitting a full application. A concept paper must first be submitted to the interested units who must then agree to move forward to the application stage.
