Eligible research topics
Scaling-up activities that contribute to poverty reduction or livelihood improvement.

Who can apply
Farmers, extension services and researchers, entrepreneurs, businesses, NGO agencies, policy makers and journalists. National/regional coalitions of partners from more than one of the selected countries can apply. At least one of these actors must have a proven track record of up-scaling.
