Summary
The objective of this training programme is to enhance inside knowledge and ability to identify and solve problems in the agro-processing and/or value-adding industries in an effective manner. Especially with regard to the problems related to the handling of food, selection of appropriate technologies, quality assurance and food safety, agribusiness development and supply chain management, planning and management of change and set within the context of contributing to a gradual, stable and sustainable economic development of the areas these industries are located.
