Landscaping Institutional Strategies and Interests For the Development and Promotion of Underutilized Species

Summary
This literature review is the first part of a two-step study to canvas institutional strategies and interests for the development and promotion of underutilized species. In the second step, this review will serve as the backdrop against which the responses to a questionnaire on institutional strategies are analyzed. If anything, this review attempts to illustrate the diversity of approaches in existence and not to provide a comprehensive listing.
