GardenAfrica is an organisation dedicated to helping communities in sub-Saharan Africa, through organic horticultural training, to reduce dependence on synthetic inputs, and boost income. By enhancing the relationship between communities and their environment GardenAfrica strives to improve health, productivity, welfare and quality of life amongst the most vulnerable and excluded. By developing training & resource gardens, we equip communities with the training necessary to turn their lives around.

GardenAfrica offers practical and effective solutions for building community health through the promotion of cultural and biological diversity. Operating through knowledgeable and trusted local partners GardenAfrica guarantees safe, sustainable and thoughtful delivery of donor support. Our training ensures the continuation of vital agricultural and botanical knowledge through to the next generation of carers and providers.
